This project proposed the use of four ‘miners workers’ style units to be located adjacent to an established local pub. Each unit contained four rooms. To meet accessible requirements one unit was required to be changed to two rooms with both being accessible. 

The design works also included the awning for undercover car parking along with landscaping needs.
