I was engaged by a local Council to design a large house for international workers who were moving to the community to work in health. The design was tricky as I had a budget to work with whilst also requiring a slightly larger home than normal in order to accommodate the occupants.  The dwelling was designed to the site and passed with ease the BASIX environmental and energy requirements.
